Lovely hotel in a perfect location. Staff extremely friendly and quick to sort out any issues with no fuss. Very clean pool areas with plenty of sun loungers. Definitely recommend.

Rooms excellent, comfy beds, very clean. Staff lovely and friendly. Food although tasty not much selection. In hind sight I would choose b & b as so many restaurants to choose from at excellent prices. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Pool not huge and no inflatables allowed. Beach nearby.

not a family hotel in the slightest. more accommodating for the Karen variety of people. 24hr silence signs everywhere, no noise around the pool, silent dinner service with food that was not replenished, the staff were unapproachable, labels were wrong on the food and anytime we ordered a drink it was like a major effort for them. The maids even had a bad attitude. I was totally surprised by this hotel as I have been going to Tenerife for years and never encountered such a cold atmosphere. If they want to be adults only they should just say so and not allow kids to be booked in its very clear the staff don't want them there.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff rooms were spotless 1 or 2 faults In regards of the pool opening time which was 10am you can't even get to the sunbeds till that time. I also found the Breakfast disappointing there wasn't much choice but saying all that I would go back because of the location

Lovely apartments and staff very friendly and helpful. Domestic staff also excellent in every day and do a fantastic job. Definitely be back.

We've been to this hotel 6 times now and i NEVER return to a hotel as there's too many other places to go, but this one is fab. Great location, near to shops, entertainment, supermarket, restaurants and beach. However.... we will not be returning :( Since our last visit they have decided to close off the pool areas and they are now only open between 10am and 6pm - which is GREAT that people can no longer reserve a sunbed, but.... after breakfast at 8.30 there's not a lot to do unless you want to queue for the pool area to open at 10!! So we chose to go out and sit on the beach - but then coming back in the afternoon to sit around the pool, you then get chucked off at 6pm because the pool area is closing !! There was no water in the big pool the whole time we were there so I'm not sure why we were made to leave when the lifeguard went home?? The little pool was open but it was FREEZING in April so not many people were using it. It's not a good place if you have children - it's silent during the day with nothing for them to do - the Hotel is filled with mainly middle aged and older people. No entertainment (perfect) Breakfast is good There's a bar around the pool that serves lunch but we didn't use it because we were forced out most days in order to start the day on the beach! Rooms are spotlessly clean and the maid visits every day.

Lovely clean hotel staff very friendly the pool area is ideal not to deep of you have children who don't want to be in the baby pool we were able to get sun loungers no matter what time of the day we went to the pool & the were six of us although the two children did share a bed we were leaving before breakfast we informed reception & they arranged a picnic for us that was from left in the fridge the night before first time at the hotel but we will certainly stay there again
